The grapes were destemmed with light pressing, followed by fermentation in oak barrels of 300 liters, and malolactic fermentation in barrel and stage for 6 months with total lees and batonage for 5 months.
Citrus colour. Citrus aromas with notes of green tea, plum and apricot. In the mouth volume, balance and freshness make it a remarkable wine.
