Whole grapes gentle pressing with light maceration, cold decanting (10 C) and fermentation at low controlled temperature 12-14 C. Ageing on fine lees for more complexity in stainless steel vats with periodical batonnage during 3 months. Fining, filtering and a stage for settling.
Wine with a defined citrus colour, crystal clear aspect and light bubble; rich, intense aromas, citrus, tropical and sweet floral. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant with crisp, involving acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve fresh, at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, seafood, white meats and salads.
