Stage in stainless steel vats with "bâtonnage" until filling in bottle, to emphasize the aromas of the grape variety.

Of pale yellow colour with greenish glints, it has a very present vegetal aroma of asparagus with a spicy touch typical of the Sauvignon. Taste intense and almost creamy until the end, with a green and fresh record. It is a young wine without stage in which the varietal aromas stand out.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
