Hand picked grapes to small perforated boxes. Reception with destemming and immediately crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with tanning in a controlled temperature of about 23°C, with extended maceration. Aged in stainless steel vats, until the filling into the bottle.

Deep ruby colour, it has intense aromas of ripe red fruits balanced by floral notes, typical of the grape variety. In the mouth, you feel an intense and elegant fruity flavours, long and full. This wine does not have any oak ageing in order to highlight the character of the grape variety.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
