Hand picked grapes to small perforated boxes. Reception with destemming and immediately crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with tanning in a controlled temperature of about 23°C. Extended maceration and malolactic fermentation, followed by 12 months ageing in French and American oak.

Tasting Notes:
Very concentrated grenadine colour with black fruits aroma, spice and a balsamic hint balanced by the 12 months ageing in French oak. In the mouth is full and fruity with velvety tannins and a long flavoursome finish. Long and full, whose aging gave the wine more complexity and balance.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
