Hand picked grapes to small perforated boxes. Reception with destemming and immediately crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with tanning in a controlled temperature of about 23°C, with extended maceration. Aged in stainless steel vats, until the filling into the bottle.

Grapes from the classic Transmontanas grape varieties, combining the aromatic intensity from the Touriga-Nacional, with the floral and fragrant aroma and structure conferred by the Trincadeira, together with the freshness and acidity of Cabernet – Sauvignon. It is a young wine without stage that brings out the varietal aromas.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
