Winemaking:
Manual harvesting of the grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to strict pre-selection at the entrance of the cellar. Subsequently crushed and trodden in a mill. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Intense aroma of ripe fruit with hints of spices. With volume, well-balanced tannins, they are barely noticeable with the acid freshness of the wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy it with tapas, grilled meat and well seasoned dishes.
