Winemaking:
Produced from selected old vines with grapes over 80 years. Fermentation is done in traditional presses, incorporating the most modern techniques, treading feet. Ageing for 9 months in new French oak barrels and 4 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep and intense ruby colour. Intense aroma of ripe red fruits and spices. Good structure, with marked notes of red fruits and spices, soft tannins but all in a very balanced set. The finish is long and velvety.

Service Temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany spicy dishes of meats and cheeses.
