After manual harvesting, the grapes are cooled to 5ºC, followed by their destemming. This is followed by a pre-fermentative skin maceration at low temperatures. After clarification by decanting, alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, and then part of the Arinto ferment and age for 6 months in used 300L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Very elegant and with a strong aromatic intensity, where citrus and floral aromas predominate, with some notes of white fruit. A very concentrated wine, very present and integrated natural acidity, with a high freshness and an intense aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 10/12ºC. Keep the bottles laid down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
A wine that goes very well with salads, pasta, seafood dishes, and especially roasted or grilled fish dishes.
