Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. During this period is held fermentation maceration and subsequently malolactic fermentation to stabilize and balance the wine. Ageing in oak barrels for about six months.

Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional,Syrah,Cabernet Sauvignon,Castelão
Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour set. Nose shows aromas of red fruit and jam. Soft tannins give it a very balanced structure, finishing with notes of ripe fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat dishes grilled.
