Soon after being harvested, the grapes are cooled to 5 ° C and maintained at this temperature for 48 hours. After this period it's destemmed and gently crushed, followed by a pre-fermentative maceration at 10º C. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature (25º C) in small stainless steel vats, with prolonged maceration.
Deep garnet color. In the nose it is emphasized the minerality and the floral notes to violet, as well as aroma of black fruit, of plums and blackberries. Elegant, intense and of high persistence, this wine has very present tannins, but well wrapped that give it a great structure and a great aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Enjoy it with tapas, grilled meat and well seasoned dishes.
