The grapes are stalked and softly crushed shortly after arrival at the winery. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperature (25º C) with prolonged maceration in French oak vats. Stage of 12 months in new barrels and second year of French oak.
Touriga Nacional,Aragonêz,Cabernet Sauvignon,Alicante Bouschet
Deep garnet color. In the nose it reveals minerality and aromas of plums, blackberries and spices. In the mouth it is soft, with robust tannins of great elegance. The red fruits merge with the structure and freshness, a combination of great elegance. It ends with persistent black fruit notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Enjoy it with tapas, grilled meat and well seasoned dishes.
