Winemaking:
The harvest was made by grape berry in two passages spaced temporarily for two weeks. After fermentation, it aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
It has an amber colour. In the nose it is exuberant and aromatic, with intense notes of fruit: mandarin, fig, dehydrated apricot, highlighted for the notes of orange flower well present. In the mouth it surprises with a captivating start, it evolves, presenting an excellent structure with living acidity in perfect harmony with the complex aromatic notes. Ends fresh and very persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; As a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
