Tasting Notes:
This tea is produced only from the second leaf of the plants’ bud. Although it is less aromatic than the Orange Pekoe, its flavour is even more intense. Its leaves are harvested from mid-April until June following the harvest of Orange Pekoe when the leaves are more mature although still young.
Storage:
Boll the water and let it cool down to 70ºC (158ºf), pour the water into a container and add the tea into it (1 tea spoon per cup or ½ tablespoon per liter), brew for 3-5 minutes and serve.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal to be enjoyed during the morning and for those who prefer their tea with a drop of milk.
