Control of ripening on the vine; Crush with partial stalk; fermentation vats with controlled temperature (26 ° c); Alcoholic fermentation is stopped with the addition of Brandy wine (77% alcohol). Stage for 3 years in oak casks and vats of 630/225 liters.

Tasting Notes:
Auburn red colour. Very distinctive aroma, dominated by raisins, almonds and chocolate. Balanced, long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.

To be served chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts.
