Harvested by hand, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in accordance with a process that relies on careful maceration, complemented by pumping during fermentation. This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until the desired degree Baume. At this stage, it proceeds to the addition of grape brandy resulting in a fortified wine. Then aged in stainless steel and wood vats for a minimum of three years, which makes a final wine rich, aromatic and with a balanced sweetness.

Satin and creamy, reveals a good balance and excellent structure. The palate is full of rich and concentrated flavours, extending in a persistent finish.

Serve at a temperature between 12 and 14ºC.

Served very fresh, it is the ideal aperitif to accompany with dried fruits. It combines perfectly with a wide variety of desserts where caramel, coffee, apricots and dried fruits predominate. It accompanies magnificently caramelized walnuts, tiramisu, hazelnut tart and brie cheeses. The multiplicity of possible harmonies is surprising, leaving the consumer with the pleasure of discovering new flavours.
