Winemaking:
Harvested by hand, the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and vinified in accordance with a process that relies on careful maceration, complemented by pumping during fermentation. This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until the desired degree Baume. At this stage, it proceeds to the addition of grape brandy resulting in a fortified wine. Then aged in stainless steel and wood vats for a minimum of three years, wich makes a final wine rich, aromatic and with a balanced sweetness.

Grape Varieties:
Old Vines
