The 49 Quinta da Pellada, the third of the winery's new lessons in terroir, has the most heterogeneous soils—all granite as a base—and the most limited blend (Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro). It was aged in well-used French barriques for 28 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour. Bergamot, orange peel and wild flowers aromas. In the mouth spices, cacao and vanilla. Expressive, elegant and with generous tannins. Very gastronomic.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
