Excellent communication from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate with very good recommendations and there is a wine to suit every taste and budget. If there is a wine out of stock you will be told and offered a replacement so you order will not be held up. The tracking system is a fantastic tool to keep an eye on where you reach order is. I have placed many orders with Portugal Vineyards and I look forward to enjoying many more. Keep up the great work.

94 pts Neal Martin - Black as ink, with purple reflections. The nose, exotic and intoxicating, abounds in flower essences and the woods that contrast with a background of rich fruit and delicious. Resinous aromas of eucalyptus and rock rose flower, combined with herbaceous notes of wild lavender and mint. The palate is full and round, full of plums, cherries and cassis compote. The tannins, well integrated, remain discrete average in taste but emerge to give attractive claw over, delicious and fruity end.

Vibrant colour. Very fruity, floral nose with a spicy edge. Deliciously vibrant fruit here. Aromatic, floral and focused.

17,5 points - Croft Quinta da Roêda Vintage Port 2005

Especiado of aromas, is very closed and stored fruit. In mouth is more generous in aromas, there appears more mature red fruit, the style is rounded and very well done. A safe bet.

91 points - Croft Quinta da Roêda Vintage Port 2005

This is a superlative vineyard, and this wine shows its true character, a big, hearty wine, but one with a structured core of mineral, rich fruits and dark tannins. With its concentration, expect it to age well over 10 years and more.
