Wine made with red grapes, but with the must immediately separated from the skins, so that skin contact is minimised and a pink coloured wine is obtained. After decanting the must ferments at low temperatures in order to optimise the aromas of the wine. The fermentation is stopped with the addition of wine spirit in order to preserve the aromas.

Pink with red tinges. Floral and fruity, with predominant red fruits: redcurrant, raspberry and strawberry. Light, sweet, round and with a fruity finish that persists.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve chilled between 6 and 7ºC, in an appropriate glass.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for drinking on its own or with an orange slice and mint leaf. Excellent as a cocktail.
