Manual harvest into 12kg boxes, on the 7th September for Aragonez, 10th September for Touriga Nacional and on the 17th September for Alicante Bouschet. After a short period inside the refrigeration chamber, the grapes underwent careful selection on a vibrating sorting table before destemming with a slight crushing of the berries. The fermentation of the grapes occurred in co-fermentation, in French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature, for a period of 12 days.
