This wine vinified with selected grapes from old vines is fermented in ancient marble “lagares” using the traditional foot-treading method, Slowly matured in new French oak barrels for one year.

Tasting Notes:
The wine shows a dark ruby colour. A rich, wild fruit aroma, connecting with mint and spices. The flavour is intense and round, with silky tannins and a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent for Game (hare, rabbit), lamb roast, roast pork, Portuguese stew and all kinds of meat dishes with intense taste.
