It has a citric yellow colour, with predominant floral and tropical nuances in the aroma, which add sophistication. The taste is unctuous, fresh, elegant, with toasted notes resulting from fermentation in French oak barrels, which do not overlap the fruit.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
