Winemaking:
Manual selection followed by destemming and skin maceration. Pneumatic soft pressing. The must fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Stabilization and light filtration. No animal derived form was used in the winemaking process making this wine suitable for vegan consumers. Special care was taken in winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the purpose of producing a natural wine, which expresses the particularities of vineyards, grape varieties and climate.
