Tasting Notes:
Intense and dark ruby colour, aromatic complexity and firm and bulky tannins. Aroma young and fresh, marked by the presence of notes of eucalyptus and menthol, with nuances of black and ripe plum. Aromatic sensations strong and balanced between sweetness and acidity, as a good port requires, making it soft in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This vintage can be enjoyed by itself but it goes equally well with full cheeses and chocolate or red fruit deserts. A strong cigar can also be the ideal accompaniment.
