Winemaking:
Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, taken immediately to the wine cellar where they were gently pressed in a way to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, in order to preserve the full elegance and aromatic characteristics.

With limpid and shining aspect, it presents a yellow citric colour, with a beautiful greenish tonality. In the nose offers a refined combination of floral and citrus aromas. On the palate the wine arises in a very soft and attractive way, revealing fresh balanced flavours with a refreshing and counterbalanced acidity, combined with an elegant mellow sweetness. Long and persistent aromatic ending.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Great combination with several fish dishes.
