Winemaking:
Wine produced with grapes harvested and selected manually, going immediately to the winery, where they will macerate in deposits for five long months together with a brandy wine. Minimum stage of 5 years in old French oak barrels.

With an intense topaz colouration, with greenish reflections. Aromatically it is extraordinary the complexity and power of the aromas due to its evolution, denoting dried fruits, roses, rosemary and honey. In the mouth it’s a unctuous muscatel and at the same time fresh, long and of great quality.

Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.

Food Pairing:
As an aperitif, chilled, with a zest of lemon, or alongside a dark chocolate dessert or with a coffee.
