Fermentation made in stainless steel vats with French and American oak wood, temperature controlled between 25º and 27º, daily reruns, decreasing of intensity throughout the vinification in order to extract the desired aromas and color for this wine.
Features a vibrant ruby color with violaceous nuances. Fresh on the nose, highlighting the notes of red fruit and some black fruit along with flower notes. In the mouth it is round and juicy with firm but polished tannins, which make it elegant. It presents a persistent, seductive and complex finish where the fruit and the joviality stand out.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Goes well with red meat dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
