This Moscatel Roxo result of an intensive shared between the vineyard and the cellar. The vineyard was monitored and pampered all the time so that the income does not exceed 2500 litres / ha and the grapes reach the winery in health status and optimum ripeness. Consists of an intense selection of clusters followed by a pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days, after that let it start fermenting very slowly evenly throughout the tank reaching ¾ fermentation in 3 days, benefiting this wine with the best brandies available on the market selected by the company's technicians, followed by a fermentation maceration period of 5 months long. The final stage is performed in barrels of 225 litre French oak (used 2-3 wines), where is the focus. For this wine were selected the best barrels.
