Fermentation is stopped with the addition of brandy 70% Cognac and 30% Armagnac. The wine has a skin maceration of 3 months. Aging in used wooden casks. No bottle aging as it does not evolve after bottling.
Moscatel de Setúbal
Honey colour. Very floral aroma, iris and jasmine at the first impact, followed by raisins and dried fruit. Notes of dried fig, almond and roasted hazelnut.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif served at 10ºC or as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Good as an aperitif or with a dessert.
