The variety is clearly related to Merlot, with notes of dark chocolate, fresh meat, black plums, all very attractive and (dangerously) seductive. Soft and very involving in the mouth, it is an absolutely consensual red, very capable of brightening any meat dish.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
