Winemaking:
Cold maceration for 12h followed by stainless steel press fermentation. Vinous brandy added to free-run juice. Staging 20 months in 550L barrels.

Moscatel Roxo

Tasting Notes:
Amber colour. Aromas of flowers, tea, dried figs, raisins and honey. In the mouth is rich, complex and elegant. Slight sweetness with a dry and lingering end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Pour gently at a temperature of 14ºC-16ºC.

Food Pairing:
Appreciated as a digestive but also with nuts and black chocolate.

Contains sulphites.
