Manual harvest and transport in 20 kg small boxes. Fermentation with 50% stems inside new French oak 500 liters barrels. Aged for 12 months on the same barrels where it was fermented.

Tasting Notes:
Dark red colour. Very elegant aroma of black plums and ripe red fruits, mint, mocha and Tabaco. Full bodied, with nice acidity and vibrant tannins. Very long and persistent end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with smoked and cured meats, red meats, soft and cured cheeses.
