Purple red color. Aroma with notes of bergamot, violets and blueberries, forest, balsamic and herbal, oak and spices. In the mouth is complex with black and blue berries, balsamic notes with volume, a firm structure and still elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature of 18ºC.
Perfect with dry cured ham "Pata Negra", soft paste cheese, game stew and roasted lamb.
