Manual harvesting. Classical winemaking of port wines, with interruption of fermentation by the addition of brandy. Ageing for 12 years in oak barrels.
Of amber color auburn, is a Port of excellent quality, elegant, alive and intense. The aging in wood gave it a fine and very complex aroma, with nuances of nuts, caramel and spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served slightly chilled in the summer and at room temperature in the winter.
Goes along very well with several desserts.
