Tasting Notes:
Taste of red and black fruits matures, with jam, soft in the mouth with very good tannins and structure, lingering after taste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.

It goes well with red meats, sausages, roast pork loin with chestnuts.

friendly but complex
Enticing nose, gorgeous spreading jammy warmth of fruit in the mouth, but then so much more complex than that, right down to the long finish. Needs to breathe for a while, be patient! Will be back for more, and want to lay some down to see how it changes.<br /> Roger
