Winemaking:
Manual and selective harvest, with optimal maturation criteria. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control, skin maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Stage in stainless steel vats.

Tinta Barroca,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, red fruit aroma and balsamic notes, fine, smooth and balanced.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Good with all meat dishes, game and cheeses.
