Late Bottle Vintage is a blend from full, rich and fruity wines of a single year which has been specially chosen for ageing. The Barão de Vilar LBV was foot trodden in granite "lagares" and stored in large oak vats called "tonels".

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with cakes with red and black fruit jams, cheeses, ice-cream, tiramisu and as a digestive with full flavour cigars.
