Winemaking:
The grapes are unloaded and immediately stripped and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (25 ° C). During this period is made maceration or tanning process for the reassembly timer. After fermentation the wines are subjected to regular tests and the best being properly identified, separated and matured for 4 months in French and American oak.

Should be drunk at a temperature of 16º-18ºC.

This wine is a fine accompaniment to grilled or roasted meat dishes, pâtés and aged cheeses.
