Wine fermented at controlled temperature (24-28 º C). When the wort reaches the value of sweetness desired, the fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy (77%), and subsequently aged in oak until bottling.
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca
Orange colour. Aromas of stewed red fruit, with hints of vanilla. The palate shows sweet and alcoholic flavor.

Serve temperature 8-10°C.
Goes well with dried fruits and raisins.
