Winemaking:
The grapes, in granitic soils and in an integrated protection regime, are harvested between 3 and 4 am, direct pressing, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, without decantation and spontaneous fermentation of 40% in old barrels, and 60% with controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. 12 months staging on primary lees without bâtonnage. A 100% Alicante Branco, an exclusive grape variety from Portugal, and the only one in the world. 1955 bottles produced.

Tasting Notes:
Yellow-citrus colour, intense nose, notes of grapefruit, peach and gunpowder. Full bodied attack, excellent greasiness and persistence. Very concentrated wine with a great gastronomic profile.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Very concentrated wine, good for fish dishes in the oven or pan and simpler poultry dishes.
