Manual selection of the grapes upon receival at the winery. Smooth pneumatic pressing followed by a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats between 14 and 16ºC. Aged in new French Oak barres during 3 months.

Intense citrus with green reflection colour. Lush stone fruit aromas supported by distinctive minerality and subtle wood notes. Fruity and elegant in the mouth, with crispy freshness that gives it persistence and longevity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consumption temperature: 12 to 14ºC.
It accompanies very well dishes of grilled fish and seafood as well as dishes of white meat and pasta sautéed with vegetables.
