Careful selection of the grapes with manual harvesting. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with maceration and programmed reassembly at a temperature of 25ºC between 6 and 8 days.

Tasting Notes:
It has an intense colour, ruby closed. Aroma fresh, fruity, well structured and offers concentration. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberries and small notes of blueberry, associated with small notes of flowers, black olives, liquorice, cocoa and notes of caramelization. In the mouth it is fruity, juicy and balanced. Good acidity and slightly soft and precise. Black grapefruit flavour, juicy blackberries and small notes of crushed cassis mixed with red fruit, blueberry and discreet notes of flowers, oak, tobacco and spices. The tannins are structured and firm.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC.
