Promotion valid from the 15th of June 2020 up to the 14th of September 2020 and subject to the available stock
Healthy and whole grapes, one-third were placed whole inside a cement vat. The rest of the harvest was destemmed and stalked. This was followed by about 3 weeks of fermentation and maceration. At the end the wine was transferred to 4 very old barrels of oak, where it made the malolactic fermentation. Staging 19 months until being bottled, without being glued or filtered.
Fresh and spicy aroma. Complex, deep and with exotic character. Strong and dynamic tannins integrated with the elegance of the wine. Dry texture with a fresh and vibrant fend of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10 º C.
Recommended for fish, seafood and appetizers.
