The wines are cheap, even after taxes and transport costs from Portugal. I don't mind waiting a few days. It's difficult to choose, because the wines are little known. However, there's a useful amount of information on how they are prepared. The grape varieties are unfamiliar and they have individual characteristics, but I've liked everything I've tried so far.

I have been ordering a variety of wines from Portugalvineyards for the last year and have never had any thing but total satisfaction. I have told many folks about PV's good wines at affordable prices and they too have gone from disbelievers to converts at the first sip.
