Auburn colour. Aromas to spices with vanilla and light curry. Notes from the aging in wood with a rounded structure. It's long in the mouth and persistent with strong aromas of vanilla and nuts.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be stored upright, avoiding direct light and excessive humidity, ideally at a constant temperature of 16ºC-18ºC. is ready for drinking and will not improve if kept for a long time. Serve between 14ºC-16ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with a large variety of caramel or coffee desserts as well as apple pie and traditional creams. It also pairs well with strong or blue cheese such as Roquefort. It is also a very agreeable aperitif when served chilled with nuts.
