Citrus yellow clean colour. Pure mineral aroma, citrus with notes of grapefruit. Tense, fresh attack with a very present minerality and acidity, good persistence and saline notes.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Fresh, its acidity, earthy notes enable it to pair very well with dishes that feature mushrooms, Truffles, or root vegetables such as beetroot.
