Winemaking:
Produced from a vineyard with more than 100 years where dominates the Arinto of the Azores, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and white Alicante (Boal de Alicante). Vinified by hand, selection of the grapes in a table of choice, direct press, 12 hours cold decantation, first presses vinified in stainless steel vats, 2nd presses fermented in 3 years French oak barrels, without bâtonnage for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Only 720 bottles produced. Yellow citrus-straw colour, iodine flavour, salt, linden. In the mouth concentrated dense attack, acidity cuts in the middle and stays until the end of the test, salt, salt, salt and iodine, it's a "slap" from the sea.
