Vinification is made in the traditional “lagar” of granite with controlled temperature at 25º. The malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless tank just after alcoholic fermentation. Wine aged in French oak barrels for fourteen months.
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz
Deep violet colour. Deep ruby colour. Intense aromas of ripe blackberries, with some oak notes. In the mouth, the wine is round, easy to drink and with a nice concentration, fresh and with ripe tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Pairs well with red meats and game.
