Winemaking:
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°C. Twenty month ageing in French oak barrels.

Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
Ruby Colour with violet reflexes. Aroma Elegant and complex nose, with notes of violet, wild berries and chocolate. Fine mineral and earthy aromas. Palate Fresh, well structured in the mouth, herbal notes provide great vitality and a lengthy finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept horizontally in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Choose the right moment to drink it, and take time to prepare the bottle and enjoy the occasion. Ideally, the bottle should be stood upright the night before. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It should be decanted before serving to separate the wine from the natural deposit. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy it, accompanied by fine red meat or game dishes, or even hard cheeses.
