Winemaking:
When the grapes reach optimum maturation they are carefully picked and brought to the winery where they are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine is further macerated before maturing for six months in barrel.

Aragonêz,Alicante Bouschet,Trincadeira
Tasting Notes:
A ripe, dense, very serious wine, with a powerful element from the wood aging, dark red fruits and dense tannins. There are black figs, dry blueberry juice flavours and a shot of acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept horizontally in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Choose the right moment to drink it, and take time to prepare the bottle and enjoy the occasion. Ideally, the bottle should be stood upright the night before. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It should be decanted before serving to separate the wine from the natural deposit. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy it, accompanied by fine red meat or game dishes, or even hard cheeses.
